At Value Education Trust, our mission is clear: to empower marginalised children through education. That’s why we eagerly sought support from the Future of Impact (FOI) – The Common Minimum Programme of Atma – An Accelerator for Education.
And guess what? We made the cut! We became one of 32 NGOs selected for the first Cohort.
Our experience with FOI? Nothing short of empowering. Right from the start, our collaboration with FOI addressed critical organisational challenges. The “Picture of Success” document laid the groundwork, pinpointing areas for improvement and guiding us toward building essential capacities.
The immersive learning sessions, known as Communities of Practice (COP), and personalised support from the FOI team armed us with actionable tools and knowledge. These weren’t just theoretical insights; they were practical gems that enabled seamless learning and growth within our organisation.
Under FOI’s guidance, we’ve achieved remarkable transformations. We’ve revamped our brand, developed logical models, and kickstarted a donor pipeline. FOI’s fingerprints are all over our program design, communication strategy, and fundraising efforts.
