- 82% of children grapple with distractions, leading to careless errors.
- 65% struggle with spelling, memorisation, and recall.
- 59% opt for external help.
- 56% of parents perceive Maths performance as average.
Key Challenges:
- Word problems and multiplication tables (6–9) are common hurdles.
- Poor Maths is blamed on a lack of interest and concentration.
- Exam fear expressed by some parents.
Character Exploration:
- Concerns about short-tempered nature, laziness, phone use, and emotional distress.
- 100% of parents agree on the need for character education.
Project Expectations:
- High expectations for the Value-rooted skill development project.
- Parents anticipate improvements in learning, character, and academic performance.
